I returned from work last night to find water all over the floor of my garage due to water leaking from my water heater which is located in the garage. I had to shut off water supply to the entire house as no water heater bypass was installed, I called Benjamin Franklin the next day and Heather sent Derek Johnson over and after inspection determined a new water heater was needed. He returned a few hours later with said water heater and installed with updates to plumbing to meet new codes and a bypass system if something happens in the future, he did a great job and I would recommend Derek and team!

David Laboskie did a terrific job. Our kitchen sink stopped up on Sunday afternoon, just days before Christmas. David was able to come that afternoon. He unclogged the line very efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly so that there was no evidence of his work or the gunk that came out of the line. Besides his competence, David was also a very pleasant, friendly guy.
