I had to shut off water supply to the entire house as no water heater bypass was installed, I called Benjamin Franklin the next day and Heather sent Derek Johnson over and after inspection determined a new water heater was needed. He returned a few hours later with said water heater and installed with updates to plumbing to meet new codes and a bypass system if something happens in the future, he did a great job and I would recommend Derek and team!
