Awesome technician was sent to our house and he did an excellent job breaking down what our situation was and the available options for repairs. Since financing was needed and wouldn’t be able to be approved until later (it was a Saturday evening), he even wrote off the charge for coming as a free estimate. He then explained what he would like to do to remedy the issues and made sure I understood everything involved. Great technician, great attitude, and excellent customer service.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing yesterday and spoke with Monica. She is probably one of the kindest CSRs I have ever encountered. She even asked me “How can I make you smile today?” WOW! My technician was Jeff (they even sent me a picture of him) and he was great about explaining everything and made sure I understood what was to be done! He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. I had a great experience and would gladly recommend them to others.
