Mr. Jeff / supervisor and Patrick arrived earlier than planned. Most professional and presented we are here to help and fix what is needed; our pleasure to have you as a customer! They came prepared to service our CSI water treatment system that had been unattended for 2 years; our doing not BF. I was most pleased that Mr. Jeff had reviewed our history on file and was up to speed on our setup. They were thorough and explained steps they were taking to correct and service the system for efficiency. Anxious to know we were satisfied with their service. I was thrilled to have them back in my camp. This initial visit was pricey…however I had dropped the maintenance contract. The service contract for maintenance going forward is most attractive. I’m a happy customer .
