James and Joe did an excellent job of changing out a corroded valve in our crawl space, as well as a problematic outdoor spigot. It was challenging situation due to the unusual setup of service lines to our house, but they got everything fixed for us. They were also very prompt and friendly. I had an issue with my boiler. (May 2025) My thermostat was saying the heat was on, but the radiators were ice cold. I called and left a message with Ferrell brothers on an early Sunday morning.
