Just had a sewer backup in our home on the evening of Mother’s Day. Steven was WONDERFUL!! I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin and especially Steven. I had an issue with my boiler. (May 2025) My thermostat was saying the heat was on, but the radiators were ice cold. I called and left a message with Ferrell brothers on an early Sunday morning. Within half an hour Randy called me and patiently and professionally troubleshot the problem. He saved me a 200 dollar service call. This company is dedicated to their customers. Scott Hyman arrived early, and got straight to work. He listened to my concerns, and did a great job installing the new tankless water heater. He left the work site clean and neat. Great guy!
