We found our hot water tank to be leaking and no hot water and we needed a replacement ASAP. Looked into a few companies in Medina and Benjamin Franklin seemed to have the best reviews and customer experience, so we gave them a call at noon on a Saturday. They were able to send out a tech, Mike P, same day and he came to our house at 5 pm. Explained Mike the situation of the tank and additionally a few other plumbing issues that we were experiencing. Mike was able to replace the hot water tank and haul out the old one in 3 hours, on the same evening! Would definitely recommend Mike P and Benjamin Franklin when you are in dire straits with a plumbing situation. Mike P also gave us some recommendations of other issues we have and general tips to keep our plumbing system and water tank cleaner and longer lasting. We will be reaching to BF and Mike for any future plumbing needs!!

Tom Louchren is a fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. If your pipes are clogged or you are in need of another plumbing service, he's your man. I cannot recommend his services enough! I can also give Tom props for being an incredible, helpful salesman. He hooked my wife and I up with an amazing financing setup to pay off a replacement pipe from our house to the septic tank. And unlike some service companies. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing uses an actual financing company you can trust, and not some dumb bank pushing a credit card.

Mike England was our plumbing tech from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He listened to our concerns about our plumbing situation and offered several solutions with estimates for each one. He was knowledgeable, on time and made sure we understood what was being done and how long it would take. We would definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. We had a great experience with Christian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. With the way our house was built, the usual spot for a filtration system wasn’t an ideal option, but Christian came up with a solution that worked perfectly. He was very friendly, transparent, and made the whole process easy. I called the office at 7:30am with no hot water. They answered and Mickey came to assess my heater by 10am. It was 27 years old Hot water heater from 1998 😳 It was time. He was very professional and helpful. He gave me the quote, I paid 50% and then Scott and Dave came later and installed it in the afternoon. They worked hard since it was an attic unit. The new unit got a dent but should not effect it’s functions. I was glad Benjamin Franklin plumbing were prompt and professional.

Kelly Wiser
Plumber
Kelly Wiser was born and raised in McArthur California a small agricultural community Northeast of Redding on the edge of the Shasta National Forrest. He is married with three children. In his free time he enjoys building and competing with Radio Controlled cars.
Kelly began his plumbing career as a SeaBee in the United States Navy. He graduated number one in his class in 1994 with the rank of E5 and worked as a plumber and HVAC technician in Adak Alaska and Guam. He began his career as a civilian plumber in 1998 and began working in Lake and Mendocino Counties in 2000.
He continues his plumbing education through weekly training sessions at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and was certified in water treatment through ProSystems water treatment training in Chicago Illinois. He is certified in Wirsbo Aquapex and Rehau pex pipe installation, Rinnai tankless water heater installation, Wardflex, Gastite and Tracpipe gas pipe installation. He is certified in confined space entry and trench shoring. He is also an Asbestos Abatement Contractor. Kelly has worked in wholesale distribution and specializes in troubleshooting.
Stan Kincannon
Plumber
Stan Kincannon was born and raised on the plains of Northeastern Montana (brrr) and moved to the Bay Area in 1981 to attend college where he graduated Cum Laude from John F. Kennedy University with a bachelor's degree in Holistic Health in 1983. He continued his education in the health field with a Master's Certificate from the Institute of Experiential Therapy. Stan is married with two grown children.
Stan began his plumbing career in the fall of 1988 working for a Plumbing Wholesale Distributor in San Francisco. He entered the service and repair side of the industry when he moved to Lake County in 1992. He started in business in 1995 and currently holds licenses for California General Contracting (B), Plumbing (C36) and Sanitation Systems (C42). He is a certified installer for Rinnai tankless water heaters, Wirsbo Aquapex and has attended water heater sizing school through AO Smith company, is certified in water treatment through ProSystems water treatment. Throughout his career he has performed and supervised the installation of thousands of plumbing jobs ranging from whole house pipe installations, trenchless sewer and water line installation, water treatment and septic system design.
