Out tech, Josh, was fantastic. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, and explained everything he was doing. All the costs were given up front before any work was done, so there were no surprises. He was very professional and honest.
Josh installed 2 bathroom sinks and two faucets. He went above and beyond to stay and also snake our drain pipes to my great relief. He was polite and independent in his work, working with confidence and pride in his work,
Had an issue that I couldn’t resolve myself so called Benjamin Franklin plumbing last minute. They sent Chase out late at night since family and I were leaving for vacation the next morning.Even after working an extremely long day, he was poised professional, and got the Job done quickly and efficiently. He walked me through everything before he got started gave me options and after he was finished, walked me through and showed me what he had done. He was very professional, awesome guy and a good worker. Wish it wasn’t expensive as it was but overall satisfied with the job done.
I made an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a intermittent very strong odor coming from laundry room / basement recreation room area the past couple weeks. Nicholas arrived on time and was very professional. Needless to say when he arrived the odor was not present at all so it was not an obvious fix. He trouble shooted and looked at all possibilities. He saw the open sink pipe without a cap ( we just removed the sink 2 weeks ago for renovations and have not installed a new sink yet ) Bingo! He then installed the cap . I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.
We recently had a water leak in our garage ceiling, and Bryson Jones came out to diagnose the issue. He quickly identified the cause of the leak and explained everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable and even offered additional tips on how we can improve our home’s plumbing overall. Bryson was professional, easy to work with, and had the job handled in no time. We were really happy with our experience having our water heating restored and a real bonus was that Alejandro and Richard were able to call in Hector from sister company Mr. Sparky to deal with an associated electrical problem. There is no way we could have coordinated these two services so seamlessly on a Friday afternoon, with the last tech leaving at 8pm. All techs were polite, professional, helpful and expalined our options before we committed. We highly recommend Bemjamin Frankin Plumbing.
Hello, to anyone in need, this Co comes thru for its customers no matter the hour. John was our savior. Only 2 toilets n handicapped husband, both of them down. Johne was very nice , polite, reassuring, helpful, just can't say enough. Was here til 730 pm and completely cleaned up very well. Thank you John and he checked my dishwasher that quit. He was awesome🙃🙏
Daniel and Karl did a good job and their customer service was good. They were very personable. The prices at Ben Franklin seem on the higher end I think they charged accordingly to what the company prices that are set. Five stars for Daniel and Karl but four stars because of cost.
Thanks for responding in a timely manner. Joshua was great. He told me about the process, answered my questions, even helped me clear the way to the back door to get the heater downstairs. And now the heater happily sits in the basement making hot water!
Our water softener wasn’t working and started leaking. I called Benjamin Franklin and Oakly came out within a few hours. He stopped the leak and went over our options. We decided on a new water softener. He had it installed 2 days later. He was very friendly and patiently explained everything. He knew what he was doing and worked very efficiently! Kelly Wiser

Kelly Wiser was born and raised in McArthur California a small agricultural community Northeast of Redding on the edge of the Shasta National Forrest. He is married with three children. In his free time he enjoys building and competing with Radio Controlled cars.
Kelly began his plumbing career as a SeaBee in the United States Navy. He graduated number one in his class in 1994 with the rank of E5 and worked as a plumber and HVAC technician in Adak Alaska and Guam. He began his career as a civilian plumber in 1998 and began working in Lake and Mendocino Counties in 2000.
He continues his plumbing education through weekly training sessions at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and was certified in water treatment through ProSystems water treatment training in Chicago Illinois. He is certified in Wirsbo Aquapex and Rehau pex pipe installation, Rinnai tankless water heater installation, Wardflex, Gastite and Tracpipe gas pipe installation. He is certified in confined space entry and trench shoring. He is also an Asbestos Abatement Contractor. Kelly has worked in wholesale distribution and specializes in troubleshooting.
Stan Kincannon
Plumber
Stan Kincannon was born and raised on the plains of Northeastern Montana (brrr) and moved to the Bay Area in 1981 to attend college where he graduated Cum Laude from John F. Kennedy University with a bachelor's degree in Holistic Health in 1983. He continued his education in the health field with a Master's Certificate from the Institute of Experiential Therapy. Stan is married with two grown children.
Stan began his plumbing career in the fall of 1988 working for a Plumbing Wholesale Distributor in San Francisco. He entered the service and repair side of the industry when he moved to Lake County in 1992. He started in business in 1995 and currently holds licenses for California General Contracting (B), Plumbing (C36) and Sanitation Systems (C42). He is a certified installer for Rinnai tankless water heaters, Wirsbo Aquapex and has attended water heater sizing school through AO Smith company, is certified in water treatment through ProSystems water treatment. Throughout his career he has performed and supervised the installation of thousands of plumbing jobs ranging from whole house pipe installations, trenchless sewer and water line installation, water treatment and septic system design.
