Membership applies to residential property. Membership must remain active to receive benefits. Emergency calls will be determined by BF plumbing. Non-emergency calls received after hours may be next day service. Plan membership must be active and maintained as active for min. 6 months and for the duration to receive any and/or all benefits. If plan is canceled, any benefits not offered on new coverage will be forfeit and void. All benefits are terminated and rendered of no value at the conclusion of plan term. Early cancellation of your BF Plumbing Home Protection Plan may result in chargeback of discounts/services. Discounts apply to qualifying repairs only. Parts & materials may not be included in complimentary tune-up/maintenance. Protection plan(s) is/are not an insurance policy and cannot be used for these purposes.
