James came out diagnosed i have busted cast iron under my slab and gave me multiple options and didn't pressure me into making a decision which I really liked so I went with his worry free option he started the repair process same day and the next day he showed up and got everything fixed and no more issues my shower drains and I don't have to bucket water out of the tub anymore I will highly recommend James with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out of temple tx

Israel Romero was a very professional technician ! I enjoyed his company while he replaced a 40 yr old outdoor faucet and a new valve inside our laundry room which was causing the outdoor faucet to leak! He did however have to cut into our wall in order to remove the outdoor faucet! He was able to cover the wall with the access panel for the meantime! I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing for your plumbing needs!

These guys are the best! I have used them for several different projects and today was an emergency, and they actually had someone who had finished up a job and could come right over! Gerardo and crew were fantastic! They came and put down coverings on the rugs/floors, covered areas around where they worked, fixed our issue, and then cleaned everything up afterwards leaving our place as clean as it was when they arrived. They clearly communicated the situation and were timely and effective in their work. Will definitely use them again if needed.
