Zack was awesome! Very professional and did an excellent job. He always triple checks his work and gets all air out of the water lines before he leaves. I have never had a plumber do that in all the time I’ve had plumbers come over the years. He is the absolute best!! I would lightly recommend him for your plumbing needs!!
My hot water tank gave up working. But Ben Franklin plumbing to the rescue! They were able to get me an appointment right away and when it was discovered that the tank was not repairable, they were able to get me a new tank installed the same day. Zachary was especially helpful. He explained everything I needed to know and helped me move items out of the way in order to get the new tank into the basement and the old tank out. We had Blake come out and run electricity to an unfinished room above our garage. The quoting process was fast and very accurate. He came out 2 days later and installed the wiring, outlets, and lights. I couldn’t be happier with the price and service. Great job!
Zac did a great job.My cold water pressure was very low.The pipes were calcified. He replaced them n put new shut off valves on them.Hes a great guy,very personal able.I felt safe with him. P.S. He was great with my 🐕 doggies.
