He not only resolved the issue by carefully vacuuming out grease and water (avoiding a huge mess!), but also took the time to explain how to maintain the trap going forward. He applied significant discounts, was meticulous about keeping our basement clean, and even provided a 90-day warranty. It’s rare to find a plumber who is both knowledgeable and considerate, but Nick checked every box. These guys are really good. I called and they were there the next day and even accommodated to come earlier. It is a privately owned franchise so you get much better service than a typical franchise. The plumbers came, assessed the issue, cut a tiny hole, and fixed it. They laid tarp prior so there was absolutely no mess. They were nice and very professional and explained everything to me. The price was fair and I would 100% recommend.
Great customer service. I had a few leaking valves and an old vanity that needed to be replaced in my master bathroom that needed to be done before I left for vacation. I didn’t wish to spend too much on the repairs and got a few expensive quotes from 2 of my local plumbers but they seemed a little pricey. I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they gave me a very reasonable quote and had a technician give me a call and showed up to my house about an hour later! I was amazed on how quickly and neat the job was done . I appreciate the work and will definetly be recommending them to my neighbors. Thanks to Shahbaaz (I think his name was) he really saved me from worrying about any damages that may have potentially flooded my house while I was away.
