Although we didn’t get to meet Chase, we appreciated him taking care of our rental property! Our renter remarked about how professional and courteous he was. He listened to what they thought and all concerns. As a landlord, we appreciated that he provided a picture from under the house to prove everything was dry. Hector was great! Very personable, profession, and friendly, with knowledge and skills to match! And he likes coffee! =D I used them again and they're still wonderful! This time Chase came out and ran a new hot water line for me. They did a fantastic job!

The team at Benjamin Franklin did a wonderful job. The front desk/dispatchers made the process so easy. Chase came out for a water heater and house filtration system and was professional. The install has been complete for a few weeks and everything is running great.

Kitchen sink was clogged. Kevin quickly assessed situation from details I had provided and presented his plan to correct for our approval. His plan worked as described and we now have a clear sink drain! Kevin was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and very conscientious of our home. Definitely would have him back in our home again!
