Our experience with service provided by Karus C. left a lasting impression. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 35 years and place value not only on the cost but service and professional behavior of any company i deal with. Karus C. Is a model to mimic. He and his colleague (sorry forgot his name but not his friendly disposition) were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. All great attributes that are less and less common now a days. Thank you for getting our water heater replaced in record time and my family can enjoy hot showers during this cold winter weather we are experiencing.
We had a couple leaking pipes in the basement, we called and were able to get an appointment quickly. The tech, Karus did a great job investigating and fixing both quickly. Very professional, honest, and cleaned before leaving. Much appreciated!
