Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was amazing to work with! I needed to get an outdoor spigot replaced and Karus was able to come out same day; his work was excellent and he was very professional and prompt! I’m a first time home owner and I sincerely appreciated the transparency and honesty of their pricing; they did great work for a very reasonable and fair price (that was significantly lower than another quote I had received for the same job). I can’t recommend this business highly enough!

We hired Benjamin Franklin to hookup our plumbing after having new countertops & sink installed. The plumber arrived promptly and completed the work completely to our satisfaction. The technician was professional & friendly. We would definitely called them for future plumbing work!

I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I received an immediate call back and explained the plumbing issue. Both Dan, and the master plumber Rick, were extremely helpful and I scheduled the appointment. Rick came out within a few days and was great! He answered our questions and explained everything he did. Thank you, Rick!!! I would definitely use them again!!!⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rick did a fantastic job replacing our faucets and upgrading the plumbing connections. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, and the value was excellent. Communication throughout the process was clear and prompt. Rick arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and demonstrated great professionalism and attention to detail. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely look forward to hiring Rick and Benjamin Franklin again for future plumbing work and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Katie and Joe were great to deal with. Their prompt quality service help me resolve a leaking T&P valve well simultaneously replacing the thermal expansion tank and re-positioning the water heater what’s much appreciated. Highly recommend!
