Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was phenomenal!!! Matt was the very very best. He came in and listened to me and knew exactly where to go to solve my issue. He gave me discounts to help me knowing I was a veteran and on a fixed income. Not only was Matt extremely professional, he was kind, a wonderful listener, a very intelligent, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and just all around wonderful person. Thank you to the other two wonderful technicians who showed up later I am so sorry I did not get their names. The owner Jeff was a great and kind person who was my first contact and set the stage for a great experience. Thank you so much for caring. I highly, highly recommend!!!

Tristin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the issues I had with my garbage disposal and my water heater. He knew right away what was wrong with the disposal. He looked at the hot water heater and identified the problem. We discussed options and due to its age and other issues. I decided to replace it. He answered all my questions and I chose the one that was best for me. He removed the old one and now I have a nice shiny new one. He had to make all the adjustments for the new one and it looks great. His work ethic is impeccable but more than that he was very kind. Thank you Tristan. Great job. Also had contact with Michelle at the office and she was excellent. Thank you Michelle! Impressed with the company and its employees.

Matt was wonderful. He started by helping me get my trash cans up in my yard before he even started to work! My house became complicated as while he fixed one leak he found another which I had suggested there might have been two. The company helped lower cost due to it already becoming a big bill for me. Michelle was even great communicating with through out the day. She was definitely a pleasure to speak with and understanding. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues! You guys rocked!!

I work from home, 2 outside faucets leaking, one with water all over bathroom floor. Called at lunch time, they came early and very meticulous job. Looks better than the old outdoor faucets. Very quick and even told me the process of how to contact someone that can help us with an insurance claim for the possible damage inside the wall. I typically do not service calls, but this was a great experience and will save the number for anything in the future. I hope that technician gets recognition, as he was professional, quick, clean and great work. As a former Marine, good work and attention to detail is critical when I have anyone work on my home.
