This experience couldn’t have been better. I was stuck without a plumber in a kitchen install where I haven’t had a sink for two months. Very professional company. The people in the office are friendly. The prices are fair and their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. My service tech was AJ and he was amazing. On time, super nice, and explained everything that he was doing and why it needed to be done. This is a great company and I highly recommend them
Lonnie was very respectful, knowledgeable and precise. I researched the cost of the part and was a bit blown away by the cost of labor. It would have been more appropriate to reduce the cost by the cost of the service visit which is how other companies operate. I realize that nothing is cheap and will most probably call them again if I have any further issues. Btw they came out the same day and was able to come earlier than originally proposed. That’s a bonus.
Love this company, and Rad has always been the best when he’s come out for our plumbing issues. This time he came with Ryan and they were both awesome and professional, they had to get on the roof and even cleaned some of our gutters! They quote you honestly and stay true to it. They showed up earlier than expected (days). I strongly recommend this company due to its high quality customer service and the professionalism of their employees. It’s never a great time to have to call for a plumber, but it is nice to have a company who you can call that’s trustworthy.
Had John come out to inspect my water heater an he diagnosed it very quickly, only needed some new parts.He was very thorough and answered every question I asked him. He was great ! I definitely would have him come out again. 5 star service.
