Had John come out to inspect my water heater an he diagnosed it very quickly, only needed some new parts.He was very thorough and answered every question I asked him. He was great ! I definitely would have him come out again. 5 star service.
I have an annual maintenance plan for my water heater with Benjamin Franklin. They send an annual reminder notice in advance and customer service is very helpful in setting a schedule with a 2-hour appointment window. Today, as scheduled, I received a call and a text message with the coming service technician’s photo from Benjamin Franklin informing 30 minutes before his arrival. Lonnie punctually came. He is polite, respectful and knowledgeable doing and completing his task. He showed me the sediments with the water drained from the water heater tank caused by the hard water supply. When I asked how to prevent it, he shared informations and benefits of a water filter to soften the water which I could soon be considering. I would like to request for Lonnie again on my next maintenance and plumbing service as needed. Thank you Benjamin Franklin..looking forward to your team’s excellent service.
I called Benjamin's because my master bathroom toilet was backed up. "Rad" the service technician was at my house 1.5 hrs later. He diagnosed the cause with an explanation and pictures. Rad and his assistant were fast, professional and did a great job. I have to admit I was shocked at the total charge as he said it was a simple fix. I guess I have been lucky I haven't needed a plumber lately, but apparently it's the going rate. I do recommend them as they were fast and efficient.
Benjamin Franklin plumbing is at the top of my list. In my opinion they help out so many veterans and with their veteran discount makes it more affordable for me. Tyler was absolutely wonderful. You went above and beyond by taking care of my hot water heater going in and out checking to see if he can replace the valves in the bathtub phenomenal job and took his time. Tyler and Liam was absolutely amazing There work ethic and attention to detail was outstanding They are both a wonderful crew and are a great reflection on this company Thank You so much Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for always taking it up an notch
Tyler and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable and tried everything they could for us in helping out with our plumbing problem. The issue wasn't exactly resolved but to no discredit to him since he really put in the work as best he could. We just bought our home and seems like the previous owners had a child who relished in shoving items into the pipping. Tyler cleared most of it except for a small yellow dinosaur that was snug in there, mocking us. We so far have been able to use the bathroom and are bidding our time untill we can figure out how we want to move forward, but know that when we're ready, we'll be calling Benjamin again.
