I will recommend Ben Franklin plumbing to friends and family. They are honest and professional. My tech Tyler knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it! Such a relief. He also found some valves that need replacement and didn't push me to do it now. Left a quote so I knew what I would need when I was ready. Also I was given a time frame and he was prompt. I am very happy with the service provided.
We were very blessed to have such an expert as Mike come to our house to troubleshoot our hot water heater. The man is a consummate professional, has decades of experience, knew exactly what he was doing, did what he needed to do, and we couldn't be more pleased to have had this absolute expert come to evaluate our water heater. As soon as we met him, we knew we were in good hands. He'll be back in 2 days to replace the hot water heater. Thank you so much!
I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the service he provided. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and completed the work with exceptional attention to detail. What really stood out was his honesty and commitment to doing the job right. He arrived on time, treated my home with respect, and left everything cleaner than he found it. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes such pride in their work. If you’re looking for a plumber who is reliable, trustworthy, and delivers phenomenal service, Mike is the person to call. I highly recommend him and will absolutely use his services again in the future.
AJ came out to check a leak under my sink and found that there was no issue. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He was personable, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary work. I would definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing again and highly recommend AJ.
