He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done perfectly. Phenomenal First Experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The lovely lady in the office was so patient and accommodating for me with my work schedule and some issues that were discovered prior. The tech arrived on time. Was friendly and thorough. He explained everything to us, what was needed, etc. and gave us options. Great experience.
Anthony was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and careful when working so as to not make a mess. He made sure we were happy with his work before leaving. We will definitely request him again if we have any further issues
