Had John come out to inspect my water heater an he diagnosed it very quickly, only needed some new parts.He was very thorough and answered every question I asked him. He was great ! I definitely would have him come out again. 5 star service.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing is at the top of my list. In my opinion they help out so many veterans and with their veteran discount makes it more affordable for me. Tyler was absolutely wonderful. You went above and beyond by taking care of my hot water heater going in and out checking to see if he can replace the valves in the bathtub phenomenal job and took his time.

Tyler was our service person. He showed up early and was able to quickly provide a price quote. We had a Rheem water heater under warranty so he disconnected and we met at Home Depot and returned the old one and purchased the new. He returned and promptly installed the new one and made sure everything worked properly. The price was $300 less than the one quoted from the Home Depot installer. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin as well as Tyler.

Anthony was great! Answered ALL of my questions and helped me to save some money. Fast and friendly. This company is a really great one! I love that it's basically a family. Great job with the hires!! BTW This is my second time using this company and both times I've been impressed by the techs.
