Very happy with the knowledge, professionalism and work done by our service technician Matthew in my salon! He had a real mess of plumbing to deal with when I called them. He explained how it needed to be fixed in terms I actually understood, without talking down to me which I appreciate. I will be recommending family and friends to them in the future. Matthew Tacia was here today and did excellent work, as always. I’m so happy to have this company as our go to plumbing company. It is not always easy to find companies you can trust and do high quality work. Matthew did a thorough cleaning of our sump pump, and fixed some pipe work for us. I’m glad he was here, because he also found a leak I hadn’t noticed until he pointed it out. He also cleaned out a drain we needed taken care of. I can always count on everything being cleaned up after the work is done as well. We recommended this company to friends of ours from church, and they were also very happy with Josh, who did the work for them.

After calling different heating and cooling company's for quotes on a new hot water tank I called Benjamin Franklin in Plymouth Canton. A tech came to the house and gave me an estimate and I was surprised at the willingness to match and even lower the total price that I had shown from competitors. We made the deal and set up an installation date that I was pleased with. The work was done on time, thorough, clean up was excellent, and all of the old parts were removed and taken away.
