Ken was awesome ! He waiting a few extra minutes for me when I called to say I was running and few minutes behind from drop off and his arrival. He was very informative with helping me understanding Plumbing 101 lol. And he was able to provide me with the steps for a successful outcome. The team of Greg and Walter is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them 10 starts if there is the option. They cleaned up all the mess and took all the trash, and there is nothing left for me to do except enjoy my unlimited hot water supplies from tankless water heater. It is amazing!
The plumber Ken came to assess my problem and he was excellent! He thoroughly explained the problem and what he would be able to do about it. He was also very courteous and even put coverings on his shoes to avoid getting the floor dirty. I can’t say enough about what a great job he did of telling everything I needed to know.
Technician was super on time, assessed the issue as to why hot water was not coming out of shower. Gave us the price and had the replacement part on the truck. He wore booties, was considerate to clean up and wipe down the shower and caulked up the shower area! PJ Johnston thank you for the expert service - a seasoned professional. Service was quick and well done. Happy shower time now!
