Ben Franklin Plumbers installed a new hot water heater for us and we took advantage of their annual contract where they stop in and review all plumbing functions in the house. Ken stopped in yesterday and reviewed everything - EVERYTHING- and verbally offered suggestions. He’s very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our discussions. I called them after another company failed to show up, and they arrived at my house within two hours to fix the problem right away. The team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When they finished, everything was new and clean.
The team of Greg and Walter is wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them 10 starts if there is the option. They cleaned up all the mess and took all the trash, and there is nothing left for me to do except enjoy my unlimited hot water supplies from tankless water heater. It is amazing!
Our technician Ken diagnosed our problem with the main drain and promptly came back the following day to clear and scope it. Thankfully no further issues and the fee was reasonable and the work was excellent. Many thanks to the Swan team for the great service!!
Excellent company. The visit was for a check up on the heating and cooling system. Very prompt and courteous.
