Great customer service! I called on a Sunday because we were having major issues with all our toilets and Benjamin Franklin’s plumber, Ryleigh, was at my house within an hour! He worked diligently all day to resolve our issues. At the end of a long day he cleaned up after himself before he left. I highly recommend this skilled and extremely professional company. Jeremy was great! I needed to have all my pipes replaced, sewer, water and gas. It was a big and complex job. Jeremy arrived and explained all the details of the project. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I totally understood everything.
