Matt Russell of Ben Franklin is an absolute superstar. The care and craftsmanship that he puts into his work is incredible. Matt has my highest endorsement!

Jeff Zickgraf

John came out to diagnose a leak in our kitchen. He temporarily fixed the leak and scheduled a permanent fix along with some other work that was needed. John is professional, personable and his work looked great. Nice and clean. He picked up after himself and left the job site clean. I would love to have John work on any future plumbing needs I would have.

Annette Cathell

Absolutely recommend! Very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Explained everything they were doing and why, stayed late the first day just to make sure we had hot water for the night. Jeff and his team are fantastic!!!

Christopher Erickson

I needed a sediment filter installed and some updates to our iron filter. Tony Daas was the plumber who came out and assessed the issues, provided honest perspective, did not oversell anything, and returned two days later for the install. Tony was extremely polite, professional and took pride in his work. He worked late to finish the install and was happy to answer all questions, etc. I felt the price was fair - not super cheap and not expensive, but I know it was done right and the service was top-notch. As someone who has supervised hundreds of personnel, I recognize how lucky this company is to have Tony D. represent them.

Zack came in to resolve a bad installation from another company’s poor service. Zack arrived on time, professionally dressed and very warm but confident demeanor. The problems he had to reverse were many but he easily resolved and adapted parts for complete repair and my kitchen faucets are at 100%. He was very tidy and left the work space immaculate. Not only was his skill excellent but he relieved the stress and worry I had. Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for viewing quality outcome as your service goal. I am already planning on having Zack repair my old shower.

I got same day service to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately it was a very involved problem so they had to schedule a day to come out and repair the issue. The receptionist called the very next day and scheduled us for 2 days later. They also indicated if the problem worsened to the point of not having water to give them a call and they would do their best to get us scheduled sooner if possible. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Their prices seemed fair. I would highly recommend and will certainly use them myself in the future.

Tim was very attentive to my needs after frustrating experiences with other local plumbers. He quickly diagnosed the issue, offered reasonable options, and replaced the toilet within a reasonable time. He provided additional plumbing tips and comparisons. I won’t use another plumbing business in the future.

James McKeel

Joe was terrific! Great guy, upfront with pricing, and, even though the project ended up being more complicated and time-consuming, he kept to the original price and kept his cool while experimenting with several ways to solve the drain problem. And it worked! He also took the time to explain the problem and gave me some good prevention tips for the future. Thanks, Joe! Now THERE'S a Professional!

P Grimes

Very professional, right from my first contact. The technician explained what he needed to do. He was able to fix our problem. We felt the our overall experience was great.

Chris expertly replaced our leaking 80-gallon water heater, wedged in a tight space, with a 50-gallon Bradford White model. He was able to come quickly and explain our options. We are very happy with the choices we made and we’re pleased by Chris’ timeliness, professionalism and perfectionism. He’s our plumber now!

To keep your water heater running smoothly in East Peoria, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water.
