Technician Noah came 8 o’clock on time and was able to unblock the sink line in short order and put back the plumbing. My wife and I were really impressed with his impeccable professionalism. I had major water damage in my house due to 3 burst pipes that froze up when my furnace malfunctioned. I contacted Ben Franklin late on Sunday afternoon and within the hour I received a call from the owner. I explained my situation and he said he would have someone contact me in the morning. At 7:15 on Monday morning I received a text message that a technician was on the way. He (Rob Williamson) arrived at my house around 7:45am! Incredible! He was able to locate the first of 3 burst pipes and repaired that one by 11:30. Turns out I needed major repair on my furnace including a new zone valve and a relay part that he had to order. He worked straight thru until after5pm and was joined by his manager Brian. I can honestly say these two were phenomenal! Both were compassionate to my situation, were very detailed on what they diagnosed the problem to be and what the required fix would entail. I found this entire experience (except of course dealing with all the inconveniences) to be a very satisfying one and would not hesitate for a second to refer this company to anyone in need of plumbing work! Plumbing FAQs

What routine maintenance should I be doing for my East Peoria water heater?

To keep your water heater running smoothly in East Peoria, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
