Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The people at the office were equally fantastic and took good care of us. They came the same day I called even though it was nothing urgent. Just a consult on how to go about putting in a drain for my pool into the sewer line. After exchanging several ideas and given a couple quoted options, I decided on the best option and they were there a few days later. It took about 6 hours. Ethan and Sergio were very thorough and considerate of my opinion when slight adjustments had to be made. Extremely happy with the results and even happier that they will be following up with a custom removable drain pipe from the sand filter to the drain so I don’t have to use a rubber hose anymore and make winterizing easier. They went the extra mile and it’s much appreciated! Thank you!
Craig was very thorough and explained the bad news to me very nicely. I was shocked at the $5,000 price. So I asked perplexity how much to replace a grinding sump pump. I learned Craig gave me a fair price. I will use him again on my 6 rentals.
My outdoor frost-free faucet was stripped and I was unable to turn the water off. This would entail cutting into the interior drywall to remove it. Ethan had the old faucet replaced in a short amount of time with a better upgraded faucet instead of the builders grade. Which meant a warranty on parts. He gave me recommendations for someone to fix and patch the drywall. My experience was top notch and pleasant. Everything was explained ahead, scheduling was easy, and craftsmanship was top notch. Their membership is worthwhile for future plumbing issues and maintenance. They were were reasonably priced. I 💯 % recommend Ethan and the company.
Great experience with this company and if you get Craig you’re in very good hands. I liked that I got to speak with a real person (even after hours on a Friday) to set up the appointment; their punctuality, as they were at my house first thing Saturday morning; and the work was effective and efficient. I did not like how much their services were of course, even after finding out the non-weekend rates, but you get what you pay for and this company didn’t disappoint.
