I had a rough start with them-my attic flooded a year after installation because the system wasn't up to spec. But they owned up to it, revamped their team, and sent folks out to fix everything in one day flat. Added overflow pans with water switches for all my units. Super thorough, no shortcuts. Now I can remodel my bathroom without sweating a repeat flood. If you had issues before, their changes are real-worth giving them another shot. Great company, solid warranties, and Joel especially? Total pro.

Andrew D. went the extra mile to help diagnose the situation in the crawl space of our mobile home. He was very honest and basically showed that we don't need servicing yet. Which was relieving. I would trust him to service our homes plumbing when needed.

Jhonatan Trejo was the technician sent out to fix a cut pipe from a previous tankless water heater installation. It turned out the reason for the capping was a leak in the crawl space of my 120 year-old house. Then it was like knocking over a row of dominos and eventually Jhonatan found seven leaks. He was excellent about keeping me apprised of every new leak he found. What was supposed to be a quick job turned into an all-day affair. One of the leaks was from a relatvely new faucet which I asked him to replace. He found the exact same faucett for me! When we were wrapping everything up I asked Jhonatan what the cause of the leaks might have been. He suspected a spike in the water pressure from the city. He's now going to install a device to regulate the water psi. I can't express how wonderful Jhonatan was throughout everything. He went so far beyond my expectations that I will specifically ask for him in the future!
