Very professional, great work, happily fixed another issue on top of what I called for that he wasn’t expecting to have to do and still took care of a few extra things just to make sure everything was perfect! We had an issue with our sewer backing up due to collapsed sewer lines. We called Benjamin Franklin, and they sent someone out within the hour. They were able to find the problem quickly, answer all of our questions, and make the repairs as quickly as possible. We had an amazing experience! If you need them ask for Josh!

Austin was professional, thorough, efficient and very friendly. He figured out the reason why our toilet continued to clog. Since we live in a new 55+ community, we were stunned when Austin proudly revealed to us the culprit: a bright magenta-colored tampon casement. What?! Everyone here is too… Ohhh, wait. It must’ve been our niece who had visited a few months prior. Austin was an excellent clog sleuth! PS: Thanks to the Done Right tech who had no-showed, we got Austin who done awesome. 🙂

Ben is a terrific representative of your company. He arrived early and went right to work, evaluating the problem and discussing necessary repairs and cost. Ben is a very personable and knowledgable fellow who knows his trade and communicates well. I enjoyed having Ben repair my plumbing; he even minimized the pain of the repair cost.
