He worked quickly and efficiently. The company sends texts to keep you updated and includes the picture of the tech. Reasonable for a Saturday.

Alie Joseph did an excellent job fixing my toilet. He was thorough, showed me what was wrong, and even cleaned up after himself! I have already planned future jobs with him. My Papaw built this house in 1979. He always used Benjamin Franklin for his plumbing jobs. He said they were the best and they came back and proved it today. Everyone at the company was excellent. The lady who called me to schedule last night was so friendly. The lady who called me this morning was kind, and Alie was very friendly and kind. I had blocked pipes that I was unable to clear. My plumber thoroughly investigated the issue and determined that I had roots growing into the pipes causing blockage. He kept me informed during his investigation, provided me with pictures and clearly explained both what repairs were needed and what my options were. He gave me three prices / options to resolve the issue and there was no “hard sell” at any time. This is a bigger repair than I had hoped for, but I believe I am being treated fairly.

Gustavo Rocha came out to help us with a pipe over the water heater that was leaking. He let us know that it wasn't just the pipe that had issues but the water heater itself (it was 20 years old and we knew it was on its way out). He was such a huge help in explaining everything to us and helping us to make the decision to have it replaced. Gustavo knows his stuff and was so kind and patient with all our questions and concerns. He has many years of experience and is an absolute pleasure to work with.
