I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, from Benjamin and Franklin plumbing and heating, this service guy is very professional, knows his work, also answers questions and trouble shoots the situation, which in my case being the hot water heater, was leaking and hissing, gave me an estimate, told me his professional opinion on the matter, I was very confident to allow Jeff to proceed with the job. However unfortunately I had paid in full for a hot water heater, of which the service man from another company ghosted me leaving me in a position of not only anger, but seriously questioning what I should do with the spot I was in. After two days of ignoring my text and voicemail, I decided to move on, then on Saturday evening, the guy shows up with the hot water heater, planning on putting it in, I told him, not tonight, no way, that I found someone else, he seemed sorry for the negative experience I was experiencing. Said he lost his work phone. So, he said I'll be back Monday morning to install the water heater, I figured since it's paid for and it's here, I'll see if this comes to completion! If you need anyone for plumbing and heating, I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin, they are local, reasonable and accommodating. The girls at this business are super understanding, a pleasure to speak to, not like the answering service, that many companies have. Bethany and Monica, I've spoken to both ladies, just so very personable and wonderful for the business, they understand and waste no time hoping on getting a same day service for your needs. Ben the plumber and Ben Franklin Plumbing are my Christmas heroes! I bought a bidet toilet seat to ease my recovery for an upcoming surgery. I had trouble installing it myself, mainly due to a bad hip that made accessing the waterlines difficult and extremely painful. I reached out to Ben Franklin for help at 7:00 at night, was immediately called back and scheduled for help the very next day. Ben the plumber showed up on time, got my bidet connected and my toilet working lickety-split! He was friendly, polite, great at his job and made me feel like a valuable customer. I'm so grateful that he was able to get my toilet fixed and he left my bathroom nice and clean when he was done. I haven't been in Pensacola for long, so I've been trying to find good companies with exceptional employees that can help with my maintenance needs. Mr D was awesome. He went above and beyond doing the diagnosis of all our problems. He made sure I understood what was being looked at, how much it would cost, and why he was doing what he was doing. You can tell he knows his stuff and he offered specialized work that led us to the solution to what was going on.

Nate is very good at his work and a very good person. We are happy with the new toilet installation. The process was simple. We got the fix the next day. There was no charge for consultation / quote. I recommend this company for a good service.

I live in South Daytona, and had a shower that would not turn off fully. Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He was able to rebuild it, and set me up with a whole home water filter. The difference in quality is profound!

Ryan did some outstanding trouble shooting of my rqinsoft system. The conclusion was tgat the system has outlived its usefulness. He gave me several options that were viable but our decision was not to do anything at this tme, mostly because we’ll most likely be moving in the next year.

Gus was amazing and was very understanding to the issue. Listened and gave reassurance. The price was also amazing!!!!! I will always use them for my plumbing repairs.

John came out to diagnose a leak in our kitchen. He temporarily fixed the leak and scheduled a permanent fix along with some other work that was needed. John is professional, personable and his work looked great. Nice and clean. He picked up after himself and left the job site clean. I would love to have John work on any future plumbing needs I would have.

Eric Lovelady is incredibly professional and patient. He explained everything, presented options, and answered our questions. He used shoe covers when inside the house and handled everything with care. We absolutely recommend his services.
