I live in South Daytona, and had a shower that would not turn off fully. Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem right away. He was able to rebuild it, and set me up with a whole home water filter. The difference in quality is profound!

john granskog

Ryan did some outstanding trouble shooting of my rqinsoft system. The conclusion was tgat the system has outlived its usefulness. He gave me several options that were viable but our decision was not to do anything at this tme, mostly because we’ll most likely be moving in the next year.

Jeff Zickgraf

John came out to diagnose a leak in our kitchen. He temporarily fixed the leak and scheduled a permanent fix along with some other work that was needed. John is professional, personable and his work looked great. Nice and clean. He picked up after himself and left the job site clean. I would love to have John work on any future plumbing needs I would have.

Annette Cathell

Absolutely recommend! Very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Explained everything they were doing and why, stayed late the first day just to make sure we had hot water for the night. Jeff and his team are fantastic!!!

Bill Irby

I had a water heater replaced and a filtration system relocated and installed. The guys did a great job. My guy D.J explained to me in depth and now I fully understand the reason why the installation cost was $13,000. GOOD GUY!! Thanks for the justification.

Christopher Erickson

I needed a sediment filter installed and some updates to our iron filter. Tony Daas was the plumber who came out and assessed the issues, provided honest perspective, did not oversell anything, and returned two days later for the install. Tony was extremely polite, professional and took pride in his work. He worked late to finish the install and was happy to answer all questions, etc. I felt the price was fair - not super cheap and not expensive, but I know it was done right and the service was top-notch. As someone who has supervised hundreds of personnel, I recognize how lucky this company is to have Tony D. represent them.

Anthony arrived and started on the job at hand. He explained what he was doing and why. He is very polite, helpful about different things I asked him. This company is very reasonable on their work prices. I sent text to other companies and they never responded back to me but this company did respond back to me in a timely manner. Other companies quoted me prices like $1,095 - $625 - $606 . This company I will have back to do my work from now on. Thanks again for your reasonable quote and workmanship. Louie

Zack came in to resolve a bad installation from another company’s poor service. Zack arrived on time, professionally dressed and very warm but confident demeanor. The problems he had to reverse were many but he easily resolved and adapted parts for complete repair and my kitchen faucets are at 100%. He was very tidy and left the work space immaculate. Not only was his skill excellent but he relieved the stress and worry I had. Thank you Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for viewing quality outcome as your service goal. I am already planning on having Zack repair my old shower.

I got same day service to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately it was a very involved problem so they had to schedule a day to come out and repair the issue. The receptionist called the very next day and scheduled us for 2 days later. They also indicated if the problem worsened to the point of not having water to give them a call and they would do their best to get us scheduled sooner if possible. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Their prices seemed fair. I would highly recommend and will certainly use them myself in the future.

Teresa Thornton

Aaron came to my house and put in a water softener and an RO system. He was so professional and installed everything perfectly. I love my new water softener. The water is so soft and so good for my hair and skin. I love the RO system as well.

Plumbing FAQs

What routine maintenance should I be doing for my Levittown water heater?

To keep your water heater running smoothly in Levittown, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.

How do I know if I need a Levittown plumber for my home's low water pressure?

If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Levittown home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Levittown to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.

We work built relationships with several lenders to ensure our customers are able to restore functionality in their homes. Ask your technician about your financing options.

Are there plumbing upgrades that can help conserve water in my Levittown home?

Yes! Upgrading to low-flow toilets, water-saving showerheads, and high-efficiency faucets can significantly reduce water use in your Levittown home. You can also install smart leak detectors and tankless water heaters for added efficiency. A local plumber can recommend the best options based on your home’s setup and water usage habits.

What are common plumbing issues in older Levittown homes?

Older homes in Levittown often face plumbing issues like corroded or outdated pipes, low water pressure, and frequent leaks. You might also encounter problems with old fixtures, sewer line deterioration, or poor drainage. A professional inspection can help identify hidden issues and recommend upgrades to keep your plumbing system safe and efficient.

What should I do to prepare my plumbing for winter in Levittown?

To get your plumbing ready for winter in Levittown, start by insulating exposed pipes, especially in unheated areas like basements and garages. Disconnect outdoor hoses, shut off exterior water lines, and check your water heater for optimal performance. It’s also smart to know where your main shut-off valve is in case of a frozen pipe emergency.

How can I tell if my sewer line is damaged in Levittown?

Signs of a damaged sewer line in your PA home include frequent drain clogs, foul odors, soggy spots in your yard, and gurgling sounds from your toilets or drains.
