Best drain cleaning in Roseville. We had a slow drains in our kitchen and bathroom, so we booked drain cleaning in Roseville. The plumber used a camera to show what was blocking the pipe and cleaned it completely. I appreciate how transparent and professional they were. Definitely my go-to plumber in Roseville from now on.

Arrived in timely manner. Explained what would be done and kept me updated on any delays. Explained the repair (root wrapped around pipe and pressure eventually broke the pipe). I guess 25 yrs w/o any issues is pretty good.

We recently got a tankless water heater and the whole team took great care of us! After our originally water heater busted after almost 20 years, causing some damage, we reached out to Benjamin Franklin who took excellent care of us! The piece of mind knowing that we won’t have gallons of water exploding in our attic is enough to invest in a tankless. They were very attentive to taking care of my new carpet and made sure everything was perfect when the job was done. We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it. Joe was respectful of our home (taking off his sneakers, it was raining out), he explained what he was going to do and then did the work. We are very appreciative of Joe's expertise and great work! Also appreciative of him working efficiently and in a timely fashion. Thanks so much, Joe!
