I asked Benjamin Franklin Plumber to come and give me a second quotation for a few projects at our home. Nick Gaines, the technician, demonstrated a strong understanding of the plumbing system and what was needed to correct the issues we were experiencing. I did not inform him of a previous quote from another company. However, Nick gave the appropriate recommendations and best of all a much better quote than the previous plumber. My entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumber was pleasant from the confirmation texts between Tripp and myself, confirming arrival times and product selection of the kitchen faucet, to a text thanking me and asking for a my opinion of their services. Just bought a house and had a major plumbing emergency. I randomly called this company because they had emergency services and I was so happy with how it turned out. Person on the phone was very sympathetic and set me up with a visit, I also signed up for the membership because not only do you save money but you have access to other benefits. They gave me an all day window but the tech Shaun showed up only a couple hours later to my relief, I had called very early in the morning. Shaun was very nice and thoroughly explained and educated me on my septic system of which I had to no prior experience, he is extremely knowledgeable with many years experience. He showed me everything he had to do and fixed a major issue on the fly, he saved the day! I will be booking this company and Shaun again to follow up on more repairs, in a way I’m happy this happened because now I have someone to turn to should more issues come up.
