Not all heroes wear capes. Rodney showed up on time and quickly saved the day. Very professional, great work, happily fixed another issue on top of what I called for that he wasn’t expecting to have to do and still took care of a few extra things just to make sure everything was perfect! Definitely someone I’d call again.

Austin was professional, thorough, efficient and very friendly. He figured out the reason why our toilet continued to clog. Since we live in a new 55+ community, we were stunned when Austin proudly revealed to us the culprit: a bright magenta-colored tampon casement. What?! Everyone here is too… Ohhh, wait. It must’ve been our niece who had visited a few months prior. Austin was an excellent clog sleuth! PS: Thanks to the Done Right tech who had no-showed, we got Austin who done awesome. 🙂

Did a check of all our plumbing & tightened my loose kitchen faucet Found 2 things that will need attention in future. No pressure to do now, just recommendations! Jeff and Johnny were amazing to work with! They were so respectful of our home, super friendly, and best of all, they gave us back heat and hot water!
