These guys are the best! I have used them for several different projects and today was an emergency, and they actually had someone who had finished up a job and could come right over! Talk about service! I could not ask for better service and a nicer technician. Chris was awesome, he picked out the problem and fixed it in no time. And, my dogs liked him. When you pass the dog test, you go a long way in my house. Thanks so much Chris! And, thanks Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. You guys rock!!

All around great experience. A team was at my home within 30 minutes of my phone call, I received the name and photo of the employees who'd be coming so I felt safe. Matt was thorough, direct and easy to understand and was great at communicating what was knowable, what was unknown, and what he'd recommend.

Tyler was extremely friendly and professional! He very quickly fixed leaks in my gas pipe and also helped replace my dryer gas line and valve, and solved the issue I was having with my gas range/oven. I am very grateful for the speed and quality of the work!

Dillion and Sergio were very easy to work with , nice , simple , streamline to helping us resolve our Issue. I had a clog past my toilet P trap in the drain and they snaked it with their bigger snake and got it out. My toilet had to be off and reinstalled this all came out to 565$ so you can make your judgment on pricing. However when it comes to the service reps , they were as Good as you can get , open to me watching and learning.

Jeff was our technician on installation of a tankless water heater. He is a a professional technician, and he was very accommodating to me and my wife. He worked very hard. He has a great personality as well. We will always recommend Ben Franklin and ask for Jeff.

Carlos came out to give us an estimate to replace our drain pipes for our bathroom and we sign the contract the same day. He was very courteous, kind, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions. As such I would not hesitate to recommend him to other home owners.

Mark and Brian spent 2 days here to replace the emergency stops under all the sinks. They also work hard working on our tankless hot water heater because we were not getting hot water. After much time and energy spent h. ere, it was determined that they had to replace the tankless hot water heater. It was under warrantee. They were very polite and cooperative. We were very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Bryon Emery! One of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a very long time. Bryon took the additional time to explain why our drain was clogging (Water Softener build up) and gave us different options for solutions. He answered every question my wife had (which was a lot). Additionally, he took the time to camera our main sewer line (we could see the debris from the clean out he performed earlier). We couldn’t be more impressed Ben Franklin and specifically Bryon! I would highly recommend!
