Mr Hines was the first to arrive among the three companies I called. He explained the problem and the fix clearly and completed the job satisfactorily! Had to reschedule service due to a scheduling conflict and I’m glad we did! Ryan is a true professional. He gave us some pointers on upkeep in between service and he’s very good with kids. My son was super interested and he took the time to show him the ropes haha. Here’s to hoping we don’t need to see him anytime soon, but if we do need plumbing services, he’s no doubt the one we’ll ask for!

Boiler short circuited, freezing cold on NY’s Eve,!! BF responded quickly and professionally as always with one of their best: Michael Z. He immediately saw the issue, he couldn’t fix it without ordering parts, so he stayed, did research, phone calls, and was eventually able to give me several options on repairs.
