My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. We had a blocked drain and Mike came to the rescue. He is one of the nicest people. He helped me understand the issue, what he was doing to fix it and was so patient with me asking so many questions. Also he was so great at cleaning up all the goo from the snake thingy. Even found a cracked washer. Also he helped me save money by changing the plan we have with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Lastly he gave me some bio Ben stuff to help keep my old galvanized pipe clear. I recommend him so highly and will always request him. Thank you Mike!!
