As a first time customer, I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work as well the professionalism shown from Alex (Olice ) and his assistant. I want to give 5stars to Robert from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kaufman and Ennis. I had a toliet that had been unseated from the floor and had a broken flange. Robert came out same day within a couple of hours. He assessed my situation, gave me a quote up front and gave me an option of replacing the toliet with a taller one since my husband is handicapped. Thank you Robert! My husband loves it and he can get up off of it so much easier now! I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin plumbing from now on and I will even ask for Robert!
