Jewell was fantastic! He provided me with all of the details regarding the scope of work and pricing before he started fixing my leaking toilet which I really appreciated and found refreshing from a company. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and even helped answer some questions I had pertaining to a different problem I have with my kitchen. As soon as he left I picked up the phone and booked another appointment for my kitchen. I would absolutely recommend him and his company for any of your plumbing concerns.

Jesse was great. He was on time and gave me an accurate estimate. He explained the procedure in detail. Very professional. Dominic was the best backhoe/digger operator I have ever seen. He was very precise and the septic tank was installed perfectly along with the reconnection of the sewer lines and connections back the septic tank. His assistant was also great and hard working. I was very happy with the septic tank replacement.

On 12/22/25, after a week of unsolvable main drain pipe problems, we enlisted the services of Benjamin Franklin. When Jesse Wimsett arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem areas in the main. Knowing that Christmas was imminent, he worked aggressively to coordinate the tasks and workers, so that repairs could be completed by the holiday. Randall and Brandon came out the very next afternoon! They expertly explained what they would do, and proceeded to go to work in our yard and in our basement, completing most of the work that afternoon and evening, and finishing it up in good time the day before Christmas. We never expected such extensive work could be done so fast and with such short notice. Through it all, these three—Jesse, Randall, and Brandon, were very courteous, professional, and efficient. True to their tagline, they were “punctual” indeed! It was an expensive repair, but we remain so grateful and blessed for the fantastic service Benjamin Franklin provided.
