Brandon came out, quickly figured out what was actually wrong, and had it fully repaired in under an hour for a fraction of the cost. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and honest, and it was such a relief to work with someone who clearly knew what they were doing. I had a plumbing emergency when my kitchen sink clogged around 3:00 pm—the same day I was hosting a party for 35 guests at 6:00 pm. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they sent Brandon. He was absolutely great. He fixed the problem very quickly and saved my party. The next day, Brandon came back to check a small leak under the sink and fixed it just as quickly. He had a great attitude, was very professional, and didn’t charge extra for the follow-up repair. This is a great company with excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Brandon.
