Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Performed a perfect installation of our new kitchen sink and disposal. Everything was cleaned up and we went ahead and planned some other needed projects while he was here. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!!!

My wife and I are so happy we chose to call Ben Franklin for our plumbing issues. Our technician Joey was a true pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to remedy our issues. This wasn't the easiest fix, as we've had 3 other plumbers out who could not figure out the problem. Joey was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Joey and Ben Franklin definitely made a customer today.

Yes in my home as well as my mother’s home and have always been satisfied. Only thing don’t like is the $69.00 just to come. I could kinda see it if you called them, they told you what was wrong and then didn’t let them do the work, but I guess they have a good reason for it🤔

Joey Dorn was beyond exceptional, professional, kind speaking, and informative. I truly appreciate him taking his time in giving me detailed advice on what was going on, everything I needed for repairs, why, how, & my most favorite question, “but if you were me what would you do?” I highly recommend.
