I wanted to give a shout-out to Dakota for answering the phone promptly and in a courteous and professional manner. Further, my experience with David Gonzales went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in the plumbing field. David was there right on time and also was courteous and professional. But what came through loud and clear was the caring and empathetic manner in which he treats his customers. He came out to install a water softener which we bought through a local dealer. When it was delivered via a national carrier David took the time to inspect it and felt that it had been damaged at some point. He left so I could personally pick one up at the original store and haul it home. He came back out again on a Sunday and inspected the new one and pronounced it ok to install. After doing so he then went throughout the house to flush all the water outlets, then drained the water heater, flushed the outlets again, and did some extra work on a bathtub faucet handle which had been dripping. He did not charge us for the first time that he came out nor for removing and wire-brushing the faucet handle connection. We were charged for the water heater flush, which we knew beforehand, but then he changed the timer to better suit the hours we normally needed hot water. Before leaving he made sure that we understood how to change the water softener settings and also how to use the manufacturer's qr code regarding the upkeep of the appliance. If David and Dakota are representative of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing then I would recommend them to anyone.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing reached out to me quickly and they were able to send out a plumber-even on the weekend. David is awesome, super knowledgeable and very efficient. We did not feel obligated to make big decisions and he was very honest. We will be utilizing their services in the future and already referred a friend. Both technicians, David Gonzales & Jayson Helseley, arrived on-time and explained the entire problem with our outdoor connections to the city main. The work required digging, new copper pipe and value installations. When the work was completed, the pipes were also wrapped with insulation and the ground looked like no one had been there. They are professional, friendly and very respectful to us and our property. We now have BFP doing our semi-annual flushing of our tankless water heater and will call them any time we need plumbing services. Great Team and highly recommended.
