Today is the third time we've called on the friendly folks at Benjamin Franklin, and I'm sure glad I did. I've used a few plumbers for different jobs over the years, and these guys are quickly becoming a favorite. Always quick, knowledgeable, honest, and competitive on pricing. My drain for the laundry and kitchen has been a constant issue, and thanks to Gio, it's unplugged, and now I know why its been a consistent problem. Most plumbers I've used just want to get the job done and run without answering questions. Plumbing problems aren't exactly fun, but the folks at Ben Franklin make it a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend!

Keon has been great! Explaining everything to me through all the steps. Found the leak fast and replaced the gasket. Explained that there could possibly still be a leak from the screw. He did what he could to make sure the screw were tighted up. And explained that again, if it still leaked it could be the pipe that is very old and needs to be replaced. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything to me. Out of 10, I give him a 100. A+ for sure!
