The customer service scheduled a same day appointment for us. Both customer service and the plumber technician kept us informed as to when Devon would arrive at our residence. When Devon arrived, he examined areas of concern snd addressed all needs and made sure we were pleased with results when work was completed. Devon was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. Steve did a fantastic job of reviewing the dishwasher issue I was having and correcting it. Steve went above and beyond to ensure no leaks and the dishwasher drain correctly. Steve also installed a new Kitchen sink faucet fitting it to a tight space and taking the time to show me all the features the faucet has since it is touchless. Steve asked questions about other plumbing within the house and offered services that will enhance our home. Great experience.
