The customer service scheduled a same day appointment for us. Both customer service and the plumber technician kept us informed as to when Devon would arrive at our residence. When Devon arrived, he examined areas of concern snd addressed all needs and made sure we were pleased with results when work was completed. Devon was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. Will definitely ask for him again if we need a technician - class act. Thank you!

5 stars is not nearly enough to describe the experience and workmanship I received from Ryan Thoennes. He not removed and replaced my kitchen sink but also did a wonderful carpentry job ( which he was not obligated to do) to the floor under the that had collapsed due to major leaks over many years. He worked on my project for 10 "STRAIGHT" hours without so much as a 5 minute break. From 9:30 am to 7:30 pm . He was from the moment we met to schedule the work, very Personable,Knowledgeable, Forthcoming and Patient . ( as I asked many, many question) His honesty is beyond reproach as he explained everything I asked. His work is superior and his friendly personality relieved my anxiety about the job. In closing I want to say he is not only a terrific worker, but one of the friendliness people I've had the pleasure to meet . HE IS JUST EXCELLENT!!! I will be asking for his services if I need any plumbing needs in the future. Thank You so very much Ryan !!!

Steve did a fantastic job of reviewing the dishwasher issue I was having and correcting it. Steve went above and beyond to ensure no leaks and the dishwasher drain correctly. Steve also installed a new Kitchen sink faucet fitting it to a tight space and taking the time to show me all the features the faucet has since it is touchless. Steve asked questions about other plumbing within the house and offered services that will enhance our home. Great experience.

I was having water leaking from the way my kitchen faucet was done . Ryan Thoennes was my technician from Benjamin Franklin plumbing . Ryan knew just looking at the way valves and supply lines were that things needed to be moved and replaced. I am so happy that it all working perfectly and I won’t need to be won’t have to worry about leaking water anymore. And Ryan also checked my hot water heater and recommends that it be replaced because of the age of it. I plan on replacing very soon as to avoid any water problems from a leaking hot water. I feel a peace of mind after all was done today! Ryan spent the time to also explain everything he was doing so I could understand . Thank you very much for all your work in such a tight space under the kitchen sink ! You did a great job 😊
