The customer service scheduled a same day appointment for us. Both customer service and the plumber technician kept us informed as to when Devon would arrive at our residence. When Devon arrived, he examined areas of concern snd addressed all needs and made sure we were pleased with results when work was completed. Devon was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. I was having water leaking from the way my kitchen faucet was done . Ryan Thoennes was my technician from Benjamin Franklin plumbing . Ryan knew just looking at the way valves and supply lines were that things needed to be moved and replaced. I am so happy that it all working perfectly and I won’t need to be won’t have to worry about leaking water anymore. And Ryan also checked my hot water heater and recommends that it be replaced because of the age of it. I plan on replacing very soon as to avoid any water problems from a leaking hot water. I feel a peace of mind after all was done today! Ryan spent the time to also explain everything he was doing so I could understand . Thank you very much for all your work in such a tight space under the kitchen sink ! You did a great job 😊

Steve did a fantastic job of reviewing the dishwasher issue I was having and correcting it. Steve went above and beyond to ensure no leaks and the dishwasher drain correctly. Steve also installed a new Kitchen sink faucet fitting it to a tight space and taking the time to show me all the features the faucet has since it is touchless. Steve asked questions about other plumbing within the house and offered services that will enhance our home. Great experience.

Ryan did some outstanding trouble shooting of my rqinsoft system. The conclusion was tgat the system has outlived its usefulness. He gave me several options that were viable but our decision was not to do anything at this tme, mostly because we’ll most likely be moving in the next year.

Our condo building had an emergency with a huge water leak. Ryan responded very quickly. Rod and Dave worked so hard and fixed the leak. Communication was great. Highly recommend this team!
