Our team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electrical of the Eastern Shore also strongly believe in giving back to our community. We currently have 6 volunteer fire fighters and 1 honorably discharged member of the USMC on our team who are near and dear to our hearts. They are our family and friends; we know their sacrifices first hand so we decided it was time to honor them and give back to those who take care of us. Our new Hero’s Club is our small way of saying thank you for your service. Good work. Quick turnout. Clear communication. Tim did such a good job we felt we needed to bring up out right away for another job! P.S. Google Isn't letting me give a third review, but Tim has been out to our place to repair two broken pressure tanks, a water heater, one broken well pump, plus installing a new spigot and a junction box AND install a magnetic water treatment device for me. It's been an expensive month, but Benjamin Franklin and Tim have been nothing but great.
Jack did a fabulous job! We are grateful. In fact when our boathouse was on the Christmas House Tour 12/6 - we printed the company name as well as a tiny thumbnail of the sink being installed by Lee - on our handout. We also told many people if they needed electrical or plumbing work in a tough environment ( or just reliable work in their home) - those are the companies to use. We are always happy to recommend them. Jack is fantastic, thorough and the best!!!!
Tim was very attentive to my needs after frustrating experiences with other local plumbers. He quickly diagnosed the issue, offered reasonable options, and replaced the toilet within a reasonable time. He provided additional plumbing tips and comparisons. I won’t use another plumbing business in the future.
I got same day service to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately it was a very involved problem so they had to schedule a day to come out and repair the issue. The receptionist called the very next day and scheduled us for 2 days later. They also indicated if the problem worsened to the point of not having water to give them a call and they would do their best to get us scheduled sooner if possible. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Their prices seemed fair. I would highly recommend and will certainly use them myself in the future.
I had an emergency water leak issue to be fixed. We didn’t have water at home because it was shut by the town. Benjamin Franklin was very responsive and sent someone to check quickly. Although it was an extensive work to replace all the pipes underground, they quickly resolved the issue and we had water. Great work and friendly staff. I recommend to anyone who needs timely and high Quality work done.
