We currently have 6 volunteer fire fighters and 1 honorably discharged member of the USMC on our team who are near and dear to our hearts. They are our family and friends; we know their sacrifices first hand so we decided it was time to honor them and give back to those who take care of us. Our new Hero’s Club is our small way of saying thank you for your service. I had an emergency water leak issue to be fixed. We didn’t have water at home because it was shut by the town. Benjamin Franklin was very responsive and sent someone to check quickly. Although it was an extensive work to replace all the pipes underground, they quickly resolved the issue and we had water. Great work and friendly staff. I recommend to anyone who needs timely and high Quality work done.
Tim was very helpful and quickly diagnosed our issue. We have more work to be done and hopefully tim will be involved with that work as well. This is our 3rd time using benjamin Franklin plumbing and was never disappointed.
First time that Ben Franklin came here for work. I needed a water line run to my new refrigerator. The obvious thing to do was run an underfloor line from the refrigerator location to the nearby sink plumbing. But a quick exam of my very low crawl space showed that the ventilation ductwork made that route impossible. Fortunately, the water line to my utility room washing machine could be quickly tapped to run the line through the wall. I also appreciated that the plumber helped me position and set my refrigerator to finish the project. Will be calling Ben Franklin for a future project. Thanks!
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an awesome job. He was here the same day I called. He assessed the issue and got straight to work. He had everything taken out and put back together within hours. I definitely will call on Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
Tim with Benjamin Franklin has worked on a property we own and manage as a short term rental as well as another home that we manage. He is super pleasant. He is neat and tidy and came into the home with shoe covers. Both times we have used his services at two totally different homes, he has been on point! He is very thorough and does not leave until he has triple checked to ensure that everything is working properly. For example, we had someone else come out previously to our home in which there was a leak from the shower/tub combo and we were told the issue was caulking and it was recaulked. However, then the leaking occurred again. My husband recaulked just in case. But, then we had Ben Franklin come out so we can double check and ensure the leak wasn't coming from elsewhere. He filled the tub to the overflow drain and sure enough there was a leak there. He took care of that and then he ran water through again and he found an ever so slight leak under the tub in which he could aww plumbers putty was used and he recommended sealing with the proper caulk, which he did. He also sprayed all the caulking my husband had done and confirmed no leaking around those areas as well. He also was pleasant in answering all of my 10 year old son's questions!!!! 🤣😊💝 Ben Franklin has been very pleasant to work with and they also showed up much sooner than they scheduled, which was helpful because we had concerns that there may have been a problem not just from the caulking around the shower/tub unit. We are so glad we called Ben Franklin for our plumbing needs! Their staff are pleasant and patient and very knowledgeable! Tim has came out the past two times and has been superb to work with both times! We are so appreciative of their help and in resolving our issues. Thank y'all so much!
