I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in May to get a quote for replacing a kitchen sink and fixing a wobbly toilet. While their quote was higher than others I received in the area, I am incredibly glad I chose them. They scheduled the estimate quickly, arrived right on time, and proved that their professionalism and expertise are well worth the price. Jonathon and Cody were fantastic! My project involved replacing an old, standard sink and leaking faucet with a used cast-iron sink and a new bridge faucet, as well as installing new cutoff valves. During the install, they discovered the original plumbing was done incorrectly—it lacked the proper trap, and the connection was just misshapen tubing shoved through the floor. They corrected everything properly, which made me so grateful I hired skilled professionals. I was also worried about our wobbly toilet, fearing the floor had water damage. Fortunately, Jonathan quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the wax seal, and secured it correctly, solving the problem entirely. I highly recommend them!

Extremely responsive company. I had a bit of a situation with renters coming in. Jonathan was phenomenal. He’s definitely an expert very neat and clean. It cost over $1000 to replace my outdoor plumbing fixture (shower) Because the valves went bad.

Keith came promptly, worked quickly but we paid $709 for a water shutoff, and a small piece of PVC pipe under our sink that took 40 minutes to do. $210 of that was because it was an emergency visit.

Good work. Quick turnout. Clear communication. Tim did such a good job we felt we needed to bring up out right away for another job! P.S. Google Isn't letting me give a third review, but Tim has been out to our place to repair two broken pressure tanks, a water heater, one broken well pump, plus installing a new spigot and a junction box AND install a magnetic water treatment device for me. It's been an expensive month, but Benjamin Franklin and Tim have been nothing but great.

Safety first was the position that was taken with the installation of a new water heater. Tim was very pleasant and professional. The price was a little costly, but I am pleased with the work.
