John Ruiz did a really great job! He waited for the glue to completely dry after installing and was very patient in this hot heat!

We had Benjamin Franklin in town Atlanta come out to our home in Morningside, because we were concerned about our hard water. Our faucets and fixtures were starting to show signs of age. They tested our water, explained everything fully and recommended a whole house, filtration system, and softening system. They gave us a couple of options and we went with the Whole home and softening system. There was no pressure, just honest explanation of my options. Their technician Craig was the best.

My kids broke off the handle on our bathroom faucet and Ben Franklin Plumbing came and repaired it in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend, we loved Craig!

We’re renovating our master bathroom, and while things were opened up, we thought it was the perfect time to inspect our pipes and drains to make sure we weren’t in for any extra surprises in our 1950s home. Getting an appointment was easy and our plumber arrived right on time. Nice guy and he gave us a thorough inspection and rundown of what parts of our system were looking good and which ones to keep an eye on. Without a hard sales pitch, he advised us on what we should consider replacing soon. And thankfully, after scoping our drain lines, we got the all clear and we can finish off our bathroom reno with no worries. We’ve found our go-to plumber for this old house. Highly recommend.

Great experience with this company and technician Dave!-- We had to do a waste and overflow repair in our bathtub when our drain shoe got broken. Our house is on a concrete slab and we were told by a previous company that we would probably need to replace our whole tub. So we called around to try to find another option. It was already later in the day, but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent someone within an hour. Dave came out and said he could fix it no problem. He had to get some parts, but was able to come back first thing the morning after and had it done in less than 2 hours. He showed us everything he did and that there was no leaks. Very kind and courteous. He even cleaned up before leaving.

We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta out for a whole home plumbing inspection and found out our water heater is 12 years old and on borrowed time. They walked us through everything, explained our options, and never pressured us into replacing it. We’ll definitely be calling them when we’re ready.
