As promised, the technician arrived promptly, diagnosed our leak issue, provided an estimate and immediately started the repair. The repair was, in my opinion, very well done (neat, professional and just as important, no surprises). Job well done! John Ruiz their Master Plumber saved me a lot of money which I am very thankful for. I thought the water heater was leaking but the problem is another issue. He was courteous and very easy to talk to. I have some plumbing projects coming on and I have already told him I would be calling and asking for him.
