Woke up in the middle of the night to a flooded kitchen and it pouring into my basement. First thing in the morning Shawn Miller showed up to save the day. Such a sweet man who knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this company and from a personal experience Shawn!

Arnado came out from Ben Franklin plumbing. He spent the entire day repairing my septic system and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a plumber. Do as high-quality of work and meticulous to work clean up Work making sure everything was perfect before he left and I highly recommend him and the services he provides.

AJ was on time, friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. He explained everything to me and gave me three quotes. And he was patient and allowed me to choose which plan to go with. Thus company has been great for me and I highly recommend them. Most of all, I called them after 100 pm. The lady told me that she could have a plumber to me between 200 pm and 600 pm. He did arrive early and took less time than he told me it would take.

Very pleased with the work that was done at my home. We encountered many issues that needed to be fixed and we were greeted by some amazing people! Mr.Eric installed our new water heater and he answered every question and concern and put our minds at ease . Ryder and Jourdan are helping us with our plumbing issue and they’ve done the exact same aswell! I’m very comfortable saying that I will be handling all repairs for a lifetime with this company. Ben Carr came to my house identified the problem with my fireplace tested my components and found the problem and solved it with four AA batteries. My fireplace now works and I’m very happy with my technicians service. I was so pleased that I joined the annual membership and Ben Carr is quite a friendly person. He has a bright future ahead of him.
