Had an issue that I couldn’t resolve myself so called Benjamin Franklin plumbing last minute. They sent Chase out late at night since family and I were leaving for vacation the next morning.Even after working an extremely long day, he was poised professional, and got the Job done quickly and efficiently. He walked me through everything before he got started gave me options and after he was finished, walked me through and showed me what he had done. He was very professional, awesome guy and a good worker. Wish it wasn’t expensive as it was but overall satisfied with the job done.

I made an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a intermittent very strong odor coming from laundry room / basement recreation room area the past couple weeks. Nicholas arrived on time and was very professional. Needless to say when he arrived the odor was not present at all so it was not an obvious fix. He trouble shooted and looked at all possibilities. He saw the open sink pipe without a cap ( we just removed the sink 2 weeks ago for renovations and have not installed a new sink yet ) Bingo! He then installed the cap . I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

We recently had a water leak in our garage ceiling, and Bryson Jones came out to diagnose the issue. He quickly identified the cause of the leak and explained everything clearly. He was very knowledgeable and even offered additional tips on how we can improve our home’s plumbing overall. Bryson was professional, easy to work with, and had the job handled in no time. The copper tubing / line to our refrigerator ice maker and cold water dispenser burst, so having used Ben Franklin Plumbing before they were the first one we called. Jose arrived on time Monday morning, did an excellent job and our line was not only replaced, but the connection from under the house and new shut off valve were greatly improved over the original installation by the company that sold us the refrigerator. We are in our late seventies and appreciate Jose’s kindness, patience, and overall work ethic. A job well done!

JD Workman was incredible! He diagnosed the situation fast ; ordered new parts; and fixed our kitchen faucet perfectly!! We were very pleased—he was both professional and courteous…would highly recommend him and Ben Franklin!
