I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice so far. Sean McDonough was the Plummer both time. First time I called he came the same day. The next time I called, he came the day after I called. He explained what I needed, showed me different options and prices. After the work was completed, he not only showed me what he did, but also explained everything he did. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was exceptional both time. I am well pleased and will be using them in the future if need arises.

Sean was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain the problems I was experiencing and the repairs he recommended to me at an elementary level, which I needed. Great customer service and people skills. Sean is definitely the guy I’m asking for next time.

Setting up the service was super easy and they were able to send someone out the very next day, which was awesome. The communication was top-notch—we got text updates letting us know exactly when Sean would arrive, which made the whole process stress-free. Sean was fantastic. His prices were very reasonable, and you could tell right away he really knew his stuff. He got two of our toilets fixed in about half an hour and, even better, he walked us through what to do moving forward so we don’t run into the same problems again. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare these days to find someone who is quick, professional, and also takes the time to make sure you feel taken care of. We’ll definitely be calling Sean and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we need work done, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for reliable residential plumbing.

Grayson Jeffers was very knowledgeable and professional. Did a great assessment and evaluation of the entire problem and everything that was going on. He also explained everything very thoroughly and helped me understand everything fully before starting the job. Completed the work in a timely manner and solved all the issues that I was having. 5 stars across the board, I definitely would recommend him to everyone who has plumbing concerns.

Matt was very thorough in his explanation of what was necessary to fix our leak and to ensure that we wouldn’t see problems later down the road. He was very respectful in our home and his work space and cleaned up before he left. We had not used this company before as new homeowners but were very happy with the experience!
