I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice so far. Sean McDonough was the Plummer both time. First time I called he came the same day. The next time I called, he came the day after I called. He explained what I needed, showed me different options and prices. After the work was completed, he not only showed me what he did, but also explained everything he did. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was exceptional both time. I am well pleased and will be using them in the future if need arises.

Sean was very professional and personable . Arrived within the expected time. Kitchen sink was leaking around the drain. Explained what the best practice for repair was prior to completing the task. Was efficient and thoroughly cleaned up after himself. The cost was comparable to other plumbers. The company offers a 2 year guarantee on their service which is excellent.

Setting up the service was super easy and they were able to send someone out the very next day, which was awesome. The communication was top-notch—we got text updates letting us know exactly when Sean would arrive, which made the whole process stress-free. Sean was fantastic. His prices were very reasonable, and you could tell right away he really knew his stuff. He got two of our toilets fixed in about half an hour and, even better, he walked us through what to do moving forward so we don’t run into the same problems again. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare these days to find someone who is quick, professional, and also takes the time to make sure you feel taken care of. Austin was excellent! I give him five stars. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and very personable. He came prepared and knew what to do and relayed to the customer what to expect. He is very honest and takes pride in his work. He got the job done. He unclogged the clog in my drain. For all your needs ask for Austin. He's awesome.

Matt was very thorough in his explanation of what was necessary to fix our leak and to ensure that we wouldn’t see problems later down the road. He was very respectful in our home and his work space and cleaned up before he left. We had not used this company before as new homeowners but were very happy with the experience!
