Chris was a very understanding and professional on the assessment and estimate appointment with us. He thoroughly went over all the options and discussed in detail the different options. We came to an agreement on the best course of action and scheduled our install for our new water heater. Amazing interaction. Chris was on time in the day of installation. Was very professional. He even refused to stop for lunch even at my insistence to do so. The final result is clean and I am very satisfied. (The area he had to work with limited the options if running the lines) He even helped me out and fixed my shotty job of replacing our washer hook up lines.

Called them this morning at 9 am and they had a plumber out before 11 am to fix my kitchen sink drain pipe (which had somehow fallen off overnight). The plumber, Sean, suggested a few options with different costs associated to make the repair and then did the repair very efficiently. He was so friendly, proficient and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean, or likely any of the plumbers associated with BF.

Matt is my usual plumber since moving to DE in 2020. He goes above and beyond and really listens to his customer's needs. As a rule I like to stay with the same Technician's for all my home repairs whenever possible. This is the second service I have had done to my home with Ben Franklin Plumbing. The first time was a new hybrid hot water heater and new installation of a water softening system. This was a seamless and perfect install, nice and neat perfect lines. Matt came today to upgrade the well pump and outside faucets so that I have the correct pressure to water my lawn with the use of a sprinkler and not burn out my pump. Well the pump was horribly corroded so by the grace of God it was caught before it did. We went with 2 new outdoor faucets, upsized the water line a, 1 HP submersible pump and add the pressure tank. Coming from a family of plumbers and inspectors I am one to pick my contractors brains for the best possible solution and I want to understand as well. I have high standards when it comes to plumbing. All this being said, if you are looking for outstanding service and really 100% want the job done right I highly recommend this company and major repairs you might need performed. Well done!
