Beware- it turns out that these pipes if not tightened, painted and treated correctly when first installed by a confusing mix of builder and supplier can fail to seal. Thus a call to a plumber is required. Ben Franklin team came highly recommended and Mike explained exactly what i was paying for and why. The work is warrantied and i felt i got good service hence this review.
Brandon and Carson came out today to give an estimate on an irrigation leak and they were so helpful. The company sent a photo and bio of Brandon to give me a heads up, who would be coming out to my property. It was incredibly professional and helpful, and even explained how Brandon has 33 years of experience in the field. They were very timely and got Strait to work as soon as they arrived. Within only 10 minutes of searching for the leak, Brandon found it! They were both so respectful and easy to work with! I highly recommend their services as they are same day and very professional.
James Peden came to my house and repaired a leaking tub faucet. His service was a refreshing experience. Ben did an excellent job! He was on time, was quick to evaluate the problem with our toilet, quoted us a fair price and got to work. After beginning the job, he provided updates throughout, shared what was leading to our issue, and discussed with us the solution. The total job was completed very quickly.
