Ben did an excellent job! He was on time, was quick to evaluate the problem with our toilet, quoted us a fair price and got to work. After beginning the job, he provided updates throughout, shared what was leading to our issue, and discussed with us the solution. The total job was completed very quickly. Very professional. Kept the area as neat as possible considering the yard having a 60’ trench. Michael kept me informed as the work progressed. Water disruption was minimal. Photo is of the yard awaiting the city inspection
There was a bad leak in the drain line from my kitchen sink. The pipe was copper and very old. James the plumber explained that the best course was to replace the pipe with pvc. He would have to cut away the wallboard at the back of two cabinets to reach the length of the pipe. The next day, James arrived early with his helper. They worked hard and had the job completed by around 2 pm and at a reasonable price, too. They did a great job of cleaning up, too. I will certainly call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing if ever needed again.
