We were experiencing an issue with our sewage backing out into our yard and he was very empathetic to my dilemma and was very thorough with his investigation of the problem. Once discovering what the issue was, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He also kept me calm about it and offered all of the options we had to get it resolved.
