I called One Air Heating for a second opinion on my furnace drama. I have battling it since the first of December with another company. First off the second opinion was free! I did not know that! How Wonderful for this old lady! Cody came out same day....what a great guy and very knowledgeable of my furnace unit. After explaining my troubles, and he listened to all of them, he looked at the thermostat and the the unit. Turned out I need a control board, which of course, is back ordered. So.....he did a temporary fix, and checked to see if they had any boards at all for the unit in case the fix doesn't hold. Found an old board, but have decided to wait if the temporary fails. He came out on the 21st and as of the 24th, its still working. He even gave me his number and said if any problems give him a call. He even texted on friday to check in. Great Service for sure, I'm glad I called their number for the second opinion. Thanks so much Cody!

Excellent Service from Start to Finish! We recently had their team come out to repair a water leak and they ended up replacing all of the old copper water lines in our home and couldn’t be happier with the service. They were prompt (on a holiday weekend), professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting the work (David). The job was completed efficiently and the work area was left clean -and on a federal holiday (Travis and Cody). The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprise charges. We especially appreciated their patience in answering our questions, the quality of the work they did and their friendly yet professional demeanor. Nery and Brandon installed our water heater and we're very kind to us, and we are happy with the results. They were on time and very nice to us.

Tech came out in a timely manner, communicated his time of arrival and performed the service. Had positive experiences with both Jordan and Ryan who took care of our plumbing needs quickly and efficiently. Briana also helped us save on our preventative maintenance and visit costs by getting our membership set up. Great business, worth keeping a membership to get you heating/ac serviced before summer/winter.

My Tech was Cody. He serviced my heating unit 1/23/26. He was professional friendly and respectful. He noted the issue with my unit and took care of it. I've been using One Hour heating since 2012 and will continue. I always have a good experience.
