Our tech Ethan Tolliver was exceptional from start to finish. He didn’t just treat us like a customer he treated us like family. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the repairs needed. He made the whole process enjoyable. We look forward to working with Ethan and his company in the future if anything is needed. William Owens came out and replaced the power vent on our water heater. He knew his job of the repair very well. He was genuinely concerned about our lack of hot water and replaced the part in less than 30 minutes. We are very pleased by the overall service we have received so far. We had a new tankless water heater installed after the repair and the whole process was great from start to finish. Chris and Jordan were the two install techs on the tankless eater heater. They also extended our natural gas line so we could put a gas stove in. This is honestly the best experience we’ve ever had from a company. I would highly recommend them for your next service.

Joseph Steffen has exceptional plumbing and customer skills. I was faced with needing a new bathroom toilet and kitchen sink. Joseph led me through the best replacement choices. Update: Ben Franklin Plumbing sent out Ethan to fix the problem (thank ya for the paper towels) and he was very thorough with figuring out what went wrong, diagnosed it, and fixed it in a timely manner. Excellent service and he raised the bar! Called out plumber to install hot water line to upstairs bathroom and install new shut off valves under the sink. Bathtub lines are fine, however the kitchen shut off valves were not installed correctly and I woke up to 5 paper towel rolls soaked and the bottom of kitchen sink drenched in water from both the hot and cold lines. I shut the valves off so hopefully it doesn't leak when I go to work here in a few
