Excellent service from start to finish. The technician David promptly repaired a leak at my outside faucet coming from the main to the house and then re-insulated the pipe with great attention to detail. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the whole process. Pricing was very reasonable, making the overall experience outstanding. Benjamin Franklin was awesome. John Smith was our technician and handled everything professionally, explaining exactly what he was going to do before he did it. He’s been a practicing plumber for 14 years so knows his stuff. Handled our problem in under an hour. Definitely will reach out to them again when we need our pipes replaced or have another problem (And we will Be doing one or the other)

Big thanks to Kyle for getting our annual service complete. We had a question about how well the anode was doing and whether we needed a replacement, Kyle pulled the rod and checked for us and shared a photo. What a great team! Everyone was polite and considerate of my husband's health issues. The first visit was an emergency. They repaired it to the extent need until a team could come out and replace piping. A discussion about immediate fixes and long term goals was discussed. The answers were thorough and precise, calculating cost consistently while determining what would be done. There were several financial plans to choose from and they helped me find the one that worked best for us. On the day the work was to be done everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They were also kind when they had to work in my very cluttered garage. The warranty's were a huge selling point and I will definitely recommend them in the future

Chris, from Ben Franklin plumbing, is as good as it gets! The whole team behind Chris, who is a great leader and professional to train them up as well. I have used this company for my new gas fireplace, 2 new hot water heaters, and now a bathroom (leak) and subsequent re-model. They really do go above and beyond and the one thing I love most is, you never hear “I don’t know” from these guys. There is no job they can’t do! Chris is the most skilled plumber I have ever used, and I have gone through many in my day. You will never be sorry with this company ~ you get what you pay for!
