Brent and Chris M. deserve 5 STARS also for the GREAT work they did on fixing the dripping faucet in my bathroom and installing a brand new faucet system that is up to code and so much better than it was before. They took the time to answer all the questions I had and showed me how to use the new equipment when installed. They were able to complete the work quickly without having to be to abrasive ( had to pull the frame from the panel to the water cabinet of the shut off valve, but the nailed them back in place). Very professional and courteous. Thanks again for all you did . You bot deserve a bonus. Will recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone needing plumbing services.

Great experience with BFP yesterday! Our house had a slowly draining kitchen sink and some very old pipe system issues that needed to be addressed and our techs Justin and Todd were both excellent and highly professional! Both made sure we understood and were involved with the situations and all decision making, fixed our problem and Justin was able to install a new UV light filter for us all throughout the course of the afternoon. We wouldn't consider any other company to take care of any of our plumbing needs and can't recommend both of these great technicians enough! 5 stars all around experience.

Our hot water heater went out late at night around 11:00. Our old heater was 30 years old. We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing that night and they were at our house by 9 the next morning, gave us a good price on a new one and we had hot water again by 2:30 that same day. My wife is physically handicapped and on bed rest so certain things have become necessities in life, such as hot water. They were very understanding and professional. Our house was built just over 30 years ago and has cpvc plumbing throughout. It has become very brittle and have had lots of issues over many years. They are giving us a quote to re-pipe the entire house which is something we've been wanting to do for a while now. We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. We highly recommend this company.

I have been dealing with a slow draining master shower for months which was very annoying! Esteban very quickly diagnosed the problem and then went above and beyond to resolve the issue extremely efficiently. Plus he was super nice and educated me in the process. I met a lot of the technicians at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the process of getting a new water heater installed. Everyone was pleasant to work with and everyone seemed knowledgeable and professional. Cole and Jordan were especially helpful throughout the process. It was great to have the expertise of Mr Sparky technicians Charles, Tony, and Brian available as well since the age of the electrical panel caused some of the issues we ran into. It all got resolved and the pricing was reasonable.
