I made a call to BF after I discovered our washing machine was leaking water onto the floor. Yikes! Repairman Gustavo Rocha arrived within an hour and a half. He diagnosed the issue which was a huge clog in drain under our kitchen sink. He gave us a price which was very reasonable, so we opted to have him fix. He immediately went to work removing the clog. He was very respectful of our home, putting down tarp under the space he was working, etc, and even removed (and put back) all the stuff under the kitchen sink! Gustavo was very pleasant to chat with as he worked on our project. We would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing when you encounter plumbing issues!

Benjamin Franklin installed a TOP of the line Horow combination Bidet toilet. This is not a plumbing fixture that an everyday plumber would be accustomed to installing. The techs from Benjamin Franklin were not challenged in the least. They quickly removed the existing toilet, corrected plumbing problems left by the previous installer, and installed our new fixture with plenty of time to explain its operation and diverse features. The area around the installation was left perfectly clean. The techs were courteous and people you are happy to have in your home . Thank you , Benjamin Franklin

I had called 2 other plumbers before finally getting Ben Franklin. Calls to the other plumbers in the area or didn't know services they offered although their Web site clearly offered my needed services and others just left me on hold for over a half an hour with no one picking up. When I contacted Ben Franklin immediately was paired with a person and within 15 minutes we had a plan and a plumber on his way. The real amazing part of this was I was calling after hours and the day before 4th of July. Daniel showed up at my door within 20 minutes of the initial call and was professional and courteous. He made sure we understood what the problem was and was able to determine the cause quite quickly. Unfortunately the parts place was closed by this time but he assured me that first thing in the morning he would grab the part and he would replace it. Since he was already here I decided to ask him about another repair that I needed that was something that didn't need to be done immediately but I figured I'm also get a quote a past plumber headquarter me $1,400 for the job prior to COVID so by now I figured that quote would be way more but I wanted to know how much. The next day Daniel came 5 minutes before deceited time that they were going to come. He waited until the state of time and when I didn't hear the doorbell they phoned me and let me know that they were there so that I could open the door. I run a business out of my house and water is extremely important for my business so Daniel was very considerate and kind because he had to shut off the water several times. Each time asking me if I needed to keep it on for an extended period of time between his turn off and turn on times so that I could get a new fresh water in the meantime. He was more than patient with my needs and at one point was asking about other services that I may require in the future. At this time I didn't need anything else but I must say that if I did need any other services I will be making Benjamin Franklin and Danielle my new plumber. Also I was pleasantly surprised when I got the quote for the first job which was mandatory I was thinking it might be a little high but I didn't ever get a quote on that job before however when they quoted my second job and presented the quote I thought the quote was just for the second job and they assured me that it was for both jobs combined and that was shocking because the price was $1,400 which is what I was quoted four years ago through another plumber for just one of the jobs. The price was extremely fair and the service was amazing.

Ethan did a great job. He diagnosed the problem with our water heater and fixed it. He was pleasant and professional and let us know about the Club Membership which we signed up for. We would recommend him!

Joe was excellent. Quite a wide range of experience. He will send us a proposal to fix an ongoing problem that stumped other plumbers.
