Nick responded to our call same day. Turned out we needed new piping. Nick made the arrangements to have the work done quickly. Q and Dominic were the installers. They diligently worked to finish the project in 1 day. Q and Dominic were extremely professional and courteous, keeping in mind that this was our home. Overall many thanks to Nick, Q and Dominic for making this project run smoothly!! We will definitely use them for future work!! THANK YOU!!

Moreau arrived right on time and explained what he needed to do to replace the cartridge in our shower. He was very professional and completed the work beautifully! He made recommendations on a whole house filter and drained our hot water heater to clean out sediment. What a detailed and wonderful job! I highly recommend!

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. I called Ben Franklin plumbing and got an appointment in 2 days. Leroy was on time for my appointment and very nice. He wore covers on his shoes which I really appreciate. He quickly looked over the job and gave me a estimate. I had already purchased my new faucet so the estimate was just for installation and service call. It took him an hour to do the work and I'm pleased with his work. My only complaint and the reason for only 4 stars is because I think $470 is too much to charge for a one hour job.

Our technician was absolutely WONDERFUL!! Words cannot describe how amazing he was! Very educational and sweet! Definitely recommend him to EVERYONE! Especially if you love a good family man! 😊

Ben Franklin Plumbing always does a great job on our house plumbing issues. We have a sink that tends to clog and they do thorough job of snaking the drain. Mr Monroe was very friendly and considerate of our house as well as our overly curious cats who wanted to watch him work. He did an excellent job clearing our kitchen sink drains and then repairing a bathroom sink that had been altered for dialysis treatments in the past. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using Ben Franklin Services again. (Thank you, Mr Monroe!)
